The VPHA annual homeowners meeting will be held on Tuesday January 30 at 7:00 pm in the Talbot Hill Elementary School library. All homeowners and residents of Victoria Park are invited to attend. Homeowners will be voting on budget ratification for the 2024 fiscal year, and will also be electing members to the VPHA Board of Directors, which manages the affairs of the association.
We are also pleased to announce that City of Renton Mayor Armondo Pavone has accepted an invitation to speak at the meeting. Mayor Pavone is expected to give a brief "State of the City" talk, after which he will host a question and answer session. Don't miss this opportunity to meet the Mayor.
