The VPHA annual meeting of homeowners will be held on Tuesday January 27 at 7:00 pm in the Talbot Hill Elementary School library. All homeowners and residents of Victoria Park are invited to attend. Homeowners will be voting on a budget resolution for the 2026 fiscal year, and will also be electing members to the VPHA Board of Trustees, which manages the affairs of the association.
Special guest speaker at the annual meeting will be Renton Code Compliance Officer Jason Churchill.
