There are two entrances to the Victoria Park sub-division, both of which are on Talbot Road S. Talbot Road is the street that runs north and south past the Valley Medical Center. Any house within the Victoria Park sub-division can be accessed from either entrance.
Take I-405 south to Renton and take exit 3 (Talbot Road). At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left. At the second traffic light Talbot Road S. becomes Benson Dr. S (also known as SR-515). Continue straight through this second traffic light to the next (third) light, which is at the intersection with S. 21st St. Turn right onto S. 21st St. This street heads west and after approximately 0.1 mile it turns sharply to the left (south) and becomes Talbot Rd S. Approximately 0.3 mile from this point is the first entrance to Victoria Park (S. 26th St.) which will be on the left (east) side of the road. Another 0.1 mile further south is the second entrance to Victoria Park (S. 27th Pl.), which is also on the left side of the road.
Take the Valley Freeway (SR-167) north toward Renton and exit at the SW 43rd St./ S. 180th exit. Turn right at the top of the exit ramp and then immediately get into the left-hand turn lane. Turn left (north) onto Talbot Rd S. Approximately 1 mile from this turn is the first entrance to Victoria Park (S. 27th Pl.), which is on the right (east) side of the road. Another 0.1 mile further north is the second entrance to Victoria Park (S. 27th St.), which is also on the right side of the road.
Take I-5 south to exit 154A (I-405 / N. Renton) and head north on I-405. Take exit 2 (167 / Renton / Auburn) and when on the exit ramp take the second right to head north into Renton via the terminus of highway 167. After merging onto highway 167, stay in the right hand lane and take the first right onto S. Grady Way. Go to the third traffic light and turn right onto Talbot Rd. S. At the second traffic light Talbot Rd. S. becomes Benson Dr. S. Continue straight through this second traffic light to the next (third) light, which is at the intersection with S. 21st St. Turn right onto S. 21st St. This street heads west and after approximately 0.1 mile it turns sharply to the left (south) and becomes Talbot Rd S. Approximately 0.3 mile from this point is the first entrance to Victoria Park (S. 26th St.) which will be on the left (east) side of the road. Another 0.1 mile further south is the second entrance to Victoria Park (S. 27th Pl.), which is also on the left side of the road.
