The Children's Park is intended for principal use by the children of Victoria Park. This policy is not intended to preclude the use of the Children's Park by adults, but any use of the park by adults must not discourage the park's use by children; consequently, any large gathering of adults within the park is forbidden unless specifically approved by the Victoria Park Board.

For all users of the park, barbeque fires (or any other type of fire) is prohibited, and consumption or use of alcohol, tobacco, vaping equipment, drugs, and marijuana are forbidden. The Victoria Park board nay specifically authorize use of the park for specfial events with special rules.
